Use Hdmi Output

An HDMI cable is a type of high quality cable that is capable of sending uncompressed audio and video signals over the same cable. It is commonly used to connect high definition video sources, like Blu-ray disc players, to high definition televisions. If your computer has an HDMI output on its case, that means you can connect a high definition monitor to your machine using the same type of cable.

Instructions

1. Insert the plug on one side of your HDMI cable into the HDMI input on your display device. This can be a computer monitor, a television set, a projector or something else entirely.

2. Insert the second plug on the opposite side of your HDMI cable into the HDMI input on your computer. This HDMI input is located on your video card, which is on the back of your computer's case (for desktops) or on the back or side of the case (for laptops).

3. Turn on your computer and your display device. Your computer will automatically output video via the HDMI cable to your display device.
