Find a replacing power supply for your Sony Vaio computer.
Vaio is a line of desktops and laptops made by Sony. Eventually you may need to find a new power supply for your machine due to malfunction. Sony has provided several ways to order a new power supply. Ordering a new power supply from Sony may take up to week, depending on the way you decide to have your part shipped.
Instructions
1. Visit Sony's part and accessory website (see Resources). Type in your model number, part number or a keyword related to your model in the field in the upper-right corner of the page. Click the "Search" button. A list of products that fit your model will appear, including a replacement power supply.
2. Visit Sony's accessory and parts research request page (see Resources) if you cannot find your power supply product by following the instructions in Step 1. Type the model number and the part number in the fields, and enter your request in the "Question" field. Enter your contact information in the appropriate fields and click the "Submit" button.
3. Call 239-768-7691 to reach Sony Parts and Accessory Sales customer service by phone. Have the model number ready for the customer service representative. Lines are open from 8 a.m. to midnight Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Saturday and Sunday.
