Network A Usb Scanner

Networking your scanner allows it to be used remotely by multiple computers.

Networking a USB scanner allows you to access the scanner from multiple computers on the same network, without them having to be connected via USB to the scanner. Windows has features which support the sharing of printers, but to share a scanner, you will need third-party network sharing software. USB Over Network and Eltima USB are two solutions that you can download to be able to share various types of USB device over your network, including USB scanners. RemoteScan provides a third option, but it requires you to purchase a CD.
